Please send your entry as soon as possible.
All Submissions must be received by 31st May 2009. Entries cannot be accepted after this deadline, except in extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of the Director.
Your Submission Must Include DVD's of your 2 short films, completed submission form and your 1000 word treatment and sales pitch.
Please note that only successful submissions will be notified.
Submissions should be sent to the correspondence address
given at the bottom of the submission form. All international entries must
include the wording Trade Sample on any customs label.
For customs purposes all international entries are required
to give a value of £3 Sterling or US$10 to the package.
Your package should state Take The Initiative on the outside and
include your short films on DVD, a copy of your submission form and your 1000 word treatment.
You must label the DVD with the film(s) title and your contact details.
If you wish to receive confirmation of the safe arrival of your
submission, please supply us with a relevant email address.
You will be informed by mid May 09 by email. If successful you will
be sent the date & details of the PITCH. You will be expected confirm your attendants to the pitch in writing.
Please note that only successful submissions will be notified.
The participants must ensure that they have the
right to participate in TAKE THE INITATIVE with regard to third persons
connected with the production of the participating film.
About Films reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and dates of "Take the Initiative" at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules & regulations on the website.
